Returns

Apply for a return:
Before you return the product, please contact us first. You can send us an email. Our receiving address: service@fixit-laser.com Return conditions:
1. The product you received has no physical damage and does not affect our secondary sales.
2. You must use DHL to mail the product to our return warehouse. The warehouse address: RM 702, 7/F SPA CTR NO 53-55, LOCKHART RD WAN CHAI, Hong Kong, 999077
3. Our warehouse will feedback to you within 48 hours after receiving your returned product whether it meets the return conditions. If it meets the conditions, we will complete the refund within 24 hours.
4. We do not accept any express delivery except DHL. If you use other express delivery to return the product, we assume that the product you returned is lost and you will not get any refund.
5. We do not accept you to directly initiate a dispute refund through a credit card or PayPal. Before we have not received your return application email and the returned product, you unilaterally initiate an order dispute involving a credit card or PayPal, which is deemed to be a default violation of the terms of service, and you will not get any refund.We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience!
